I love Pinterest. Absolutely love it. I spend {perhaps} too much time finding yummy recipes, fabulous craft projects, great ideas for the classroom, really an endless amount of amazing things!!
Today I made THREE dishes from Pinterest! And I had the help of my sister, so really what could be better?
For dinner Matt wanted to make el Diable chicken. So I was left to find two delish sides. We opted for our standard garlic green beans. {We got a TON of green beans in our Bountiful Basket this week}. For the second side I decided to make Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes, which was one of the many recipes I pinned on Pinterest.
For dessert Bre and I made truffles!!! Oreo and Thin Mint. Oh em gee!! I don’t know which ones are better. They are DE-LISH and so easy to make. We just need to work on our chocolate dipping skills.
I’m going to have to run a little extra this week or these truffles will be the death of me.

Yum… I love Pinterest, as well. I want to try a meal made entirely from Pinterest recipes too!!
Bre said the chocolate dipping was tough… I’m a fan of using two forks to dip and roll the truffles around to let the extra chocolate fall off… I think you should just keep making (and eating) them until you get it perfect!!
